In addition, we process tender-form (bacon-wrapped) filets, using advanced Fibrimex™ technology that binds protein with naturally occurring enzymes. The technology allows great flexibility in product size and shape while improving yield and flavor.
These products are processed in a separate facility at our USDA-inspected Denver location, under a comprehensive and validated HACCP program designed specifically for our grinding operation. We purchase only raw materials from a select group of approved suppliers who meet our food safety and quality standards. Our processing system uses industry-best practices to ensure that our products meet the highest standard of quality. We also offer premium product lines, including Angus, Certified Angus Beef® and Certified Hereford Beef®. And to meet today’s healthconscious menu requirements, we can provide bison and all-natural beef.
