Colorado Premium, founded in 1998 by Kevin LaFleur and Don Babcock, has worked closely with major retailers across the country, co-packing many specialty items for leading packers. Currently, Colorado Premium employs 250 associates working in a new, state-of-the-art facility in Greeley, Colorado.
Colorado Premium operates daily with a relentless focus on food safety, quality and consistency. Our processing facility is USDA inspected and completely HACCP integrated. Prior to processing, all raw materials are treated with an antimicrobial wash to reduce pathogens and bacteria.

Whether your specifications call for USDA Prime, Choice, Select or Certified Angus Beef products, we have the fresh, frozen or consumer-ready products that can be tailored to your individual needs. Available processing methods include raw, injected or vacuum-tumble steaks and roasts.
