Since the beginning, we’ve called Colorado home—starting in Denver in the late 90s, then moving out to Greeley in 2004. It was there that we expanded our business and our team. The space operated as our corporate office, corned beef facility, and so much more…for a few years that is. By 2006, we knew we were ready for a second facility—somewhere we could really grow. When we considered where to ramp up our production capacity and marinated meat operation, it only made sense to set up shop in Denver again. Since then, we’ve attached a 130,000-square-foot distribution center to that very location. Plus, we are opening a second facility in downtown Greeley where we’ll multiply our sous vide cooking capabilities and more. Without a doubt, it’s an exciting time here at Colorado Premium, and we cannot wait for this next chapter.
